Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final once an order has shipped.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after a product has been shipped.

  • Orders canceled before shipment may qualify for a refund at our discretion.

  • Returned packages resulting from incorrect customer-provided shipping information may be subject to reshipping fees.

If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

RapidCoreBio reserves the right to evaluate claims regarding damaged or incorrect items on a case-by-case basis.
