Refund and exchange information for RapidCore Bio orders.

All RapidCore Bio sales are final. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, ordering the wrong product, finding a lower price elsewhere, or deciding that a product is no longer wanted.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

2. Seven-Day Exchange Window
Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. RapidCore Bio may request photographs, order information, packaging information, or other documentation needed to evaluate the claim.
3. Eligible Exchanges
An exchange may be considered when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or in the wrong quantity.
Unopened and unused products may also be considered for exchange within the seven-day period at RapidCore Bio's discretion.
4. Products That Cannot Be Exchanged
Opened, used, punctured, mixed, reconstituted, altered, improperly stored, contaminated, or otherwise compromised products are not eligible for exchange.
Products damaged after delivery or purchased from an unauthorized third party are also not eligible.
Research materials cannot be returned once their original condition or integrity has been compromised.
5. Shipping and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and promptly retrieving delivered packages.
Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or exchange. If a shipment is confirmed lost before delivery, RapidCore Bio may provide a replacement after completing the appropriate carrier investigation.
For damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments, contact RapidCore Bio within seven days and retain the product, shipping package, labels, and other packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, so cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. If RapidCore Bio cancels an unshipped order, any amount required to be returned will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
7. Research-Use Products
Products designated for research use are provided solely for their stated research designation. They are not intended for human or animal use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application.
Use outside the stated product designation does not create eligibility for a refund, exchange, replacement, or credit.
8. Requesting an Exchange
Contact RapidCore Bio within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery and provide your name, order number, product involved, description of the issue, and photographs or video when appropriate.
Do not return any product until RapidCore Bio provides written authorization and return instructions.
