Returns & Refunds Policy

RapidCore Bio accepts eligible returns of unopened, unused products within 30 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Approved eligible returns have no return-shipping charge and no restocking fee.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

1. 30-Day Return Window

Eligible standard return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging and condition.

2. Free Return Shipping

For an approved eligible return within the 30-day window, RapidCore Bio will provide return instructions and a prepaid return-shipping label. The customer is not charged a return-shipping fee for an approved eligible return.

There is no restocking fee for an approved eligible return.

3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or in the wrong quantity, contact RapidCore Bio within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

RapidCore Bio may request photographs, order information, shipping-label information, packaging information, or other documentation reasonably needed to review the issue. Keep the product and original shipping materials until the claim is resolved.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Opened, used, punctured, mixed, reconstituted, altered, improperly stored, contaminated, or otherwise compromised products cannot be returned.

Products damaged after delivery or purchased from an unauthorized third party are also not eligible for return.

Research materials cannot be returned after their original condition or integrity has been compromised.

5. Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, RapidCore Bio will issue the approved refund. Refund timing can vary by payment method and financial institution.

Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable for a standard return unless the return results from an error by RapidCore Bio or is otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and promptly retrieving delivered packages.

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. If a shipment is confirmed lost before delivery, RapidCore Bio may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution after completing the carrier investigation.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. If RapidCore Bio cancels an unshipped order, any amount required to be returned will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. Research-Use Products

Products designated for research use are provided solely for their stated research designation. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic application.

Use outside the stated product designation does not expand return eligibility.

9. How to Request a Return

Email info@rapidcorebio.com within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include your name, order number, the product involved, and the reason for the return. Include photographs or video when relevant to a damaged or incorrect shipment.

Do not mail a product back until RapidCore Bio provides written authorization and return instructions.
