Thank you for shopping with RapidCore Bio. Please carefully review this Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy before placing an order.
By purchasing products from RapidCore Bio through RapidCoreBio.com or any other authorized RapidCore Bio sales channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final
RapidCore Bio does not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Once an order has been submitted and payment has been accepted, the order is not eligible for a refund, reimbursement, cash return, credit card reversal, or store credit because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, no longer wants the product, found a lower price elsewhere, or failed to review the product description before purchasing.
This no-refund policy applies to all products, including:

Research materials and compounds

Individual vials
-
Product stacks and bundles
-
Storage cases and accessories
-
Sale, promotional, and clearance products

Products purchased with a discount code
-
Affiliate or referral purchases

Limited-release products

Preorders and special-order products

Gift cards and digital products, when offered
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal, state, or local law.

2. Seven-Day Exchange Window
Eligible products may be exchanged only when RapidCore Bio receives an exchange request within seven calendar days of the date the shipment is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
The seven-day period begins on the carrier’s recorded delivery date, not on the date the customer opens the package or begins inspecting the product.
Exchange requests submitted after the seven-day period will not be accepted. RapidCore Bio does not extend the exchange window because a customer was traveling, unavailable, did not immediately inspect the package, overlooked the delivery notification, or otherwise delayed opening or reviewing the shipment.
Submitting an exchange request within seven days does not automatically guarantee approval. Every request is subject to verification, eligibility review, and authorization by RapidCore Bio.

3. Eligible Exchanges
An exchange may be approved when an eligible product:

Was damaged during shipment;
-
Arrived with visible leakage, breakage, or compromised packaging;
-
Was materially defective when received;
-
Was different from the product listed on the confirmed order;
-
Was shipped in the wrong quantity;
-
Arrived with a missing component;
-
Remains unopened, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition, and the customer wishes to exchange it for another eligible product within the seven-day period.
RapidCore Bio may replace an approved product with the same product, an equivalent product, or another product selected by the customer, subject to availability and any applicable price difference.
Approval is determined by RapidCore Bio after reviewing the order history, delivery information, photographs, videos, batch information, packaging condition, and any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

4. Conditions for an Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

The request must be submitted within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery.

The product must have been purchased directly from RapidCore Bio.
-
The customer must provide the original order number.
-
The customer must provide the full name and email address used to place the order.
-
The product must be unopened, unused, and unaltered unless it arrived damaged or defective.
-
Any tamper-evident seal, cap, label, or protective packaging must remain intact.
-
The product must remain in its original packaging.
-
The product label and batch or lot information must be readable.
-
The customer must provide clear photographs or video when requested.
-
The customer must receive written exchange authorization before shipping anything back.
-
The return package must be shipped in accordance with the instructions provided by RapidCore Bio.
Products returned without prior authorization may be refused, discarded, or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

5. Non-Exchangeable Products
A product will not qualify for an exchange when:

More than seven calendar days have passed since confirmed delivery.

The product has been opened, used, punctured, mixed, reconstituted, tested, modified, transferred, relabeled, repackaged, or otherwise altered.
-
The tamper-evident seal or protective closure has been broken or removed.
-
The product was stored, handled, transported, or exposed contrary to the product information or recommended storage conditions.
-
The product was damaged after delivery.
-
The product was left unattended after delivery.
-
The product was exposed to excessive heat, freezing temperatures, moisture, sunlight, contamination, or improper environmental conditions after delivery.
-
The customer cannot provide sufficient photographs, video, order information, or other requested documentation.
-
The customer ordered the wrong product, quantity, concentration, format, or variation and opened the product.
-
The customer misunderstood the product description, intended application, size, appearance, or research designation.
-
The product’s appearance is consistent with normal manufacturing, lyophilization, transportation, or settling characteristics.
-
The customer purchased the product from an unauthorized reseller, marketplace seller, third party, or individual.
-
The item was marked final sale, nonreturnable, personalized, customized, or special order.
-
RapidCore Bio determines that the request involves misuse, fraud, abuse, or a violation of this policy.
For quality-control, safety, and product-integrity reasons, RapidCore Bio cannot accept opened or compromised research materials for exchange.

6. Research-Use-Only Products
RapidCore Bio products designated for research use are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes, as indicated on the product listing and labeling. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, food use, cosmetic use, household use, or diagnostic use.
A customer’s use of a product outside its stated designation does not create eligibility for a refund, return, exchange, replacement, reimbursement, or credit. RapidCore Bio is not responsible for results arising from unauthorized use, improper handling, improper storage, contamination, reconstitution, administration, dosing, or use contrary to the product labeling and website disclosures.
Questions regarding a product’s intended designation should be resolved before an order is placed.

7. Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect every shipment immediately after delivery. When a package or product arrives damaged, the customer must preserve:

The shipping box or mailer

All packing material
-
The shipping label
-
The product packaging
-
The affected product
-
Any seals, caps, labels, inserts, or accessories
The customer must submit clear photographs showing the exterior shipping package, the shipping label, the interior packaging, and the damaged product.
RapidCore Bio may require additional photographs, video, a written description, or return of the damaged product before approving an exchange. Packaging and damaged items must not be discarded until RapidCore Bio confirms that they are no longer needed.
Failure to preserve the packaging or provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the exchange request.

8. Incorrect or Missing Products
When an order contains an incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or missing item, the customer must contact RapidCore Bio within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery.
The customer must provide photographs of:

All products received

The interior and exterior packaging

The packing slip, when included
-
The shipping label
-
The product labels and batch information
RapidCore Bio will compare the information with its ordering, inventory, packing, weight, and shipping records. When RapidCore Bio confirms a fulfillment error, it may send the correct or missing product without additional product charges.
An incorrectly shipped product must remain unopened and unused. RapidCore Bio may require the customer to return it using an authorized shipping label.

9. Product Quality Concerns
Product-quality concerns must be reported within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery. The customer must provide the order number, product name, batch or lot number, clear photographs, storage details, and a detailed explanation of the concern.
RapidCore Bio may request additional documentation or independent evaluation before approving an exchange. A Certificate of Analysis, laboratory result, or batch record may be reviewed as part of the investigation.
Differences in color, texture, fill appearance, lyophilized structure, settling, condensation, or packaging that fall within normal production or transportation variation do not automatically indicate that a product is defective.
Products that have been opened, punctured, mixed, reconstituted, contaminated, improperly stored, or otherwise altered are not eligible for exchange.

10. Delivery and Temperature Exposure
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking and retrieving packages promptly after delivery. RapidCore Bio is not responsible for deterioration, damage, theft, loss, or environmental exposure that occurs after the carrier marks a package as delivered.
A package being warm, cool, or temporarily exposed to seasonal temperatures during ordinary transportation does not automatically establish that the product is damaged or defective.
Claims involving temperature exposure must include evidence showing the package’s condition upon delivery and must be submitted within the seven-day exchange period. RapidCore Bio will evaluate each claim based on the product, packaging, shipment history, available stability information, and supporting evidence.

11. Shipping Delays
Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or exchange. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees unless RapidCore Bio expressly states otherwise in writing.
RapidCore Bio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, labor disputes, customs inspections, government actions, public emergencies, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside RapidCore Bio’s reasonable control.
When RapidCore Bio cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, the order will be handled in accordance with applicable law. The customer may be asked to consent to a revised shipping date.

12. Lost Packages
A package will not be considered lost merely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating or delivery is delayed.
Customers must allow the carrier’s required investigation period before RapidCore Bio can evaluate a lost-package claim. The customer may be required to contact the carrier, complete a missing-mail request, provide a written statement, or cooperate with a carrier or insurance investigation.
If the carrier confirms that the package was lost before delivery, RapidCore Bio may issue a replacement shipment. Replacement availability may depend on inventory, carrier findings, shipping insurance, and verification of the delivery address.
A replacement for a confirmed lost shipment is not a refund and does not create a right to monetary reimbursement.

13. Packages Marked Delivered
RapidCore Bio is not responsible for packages that the carrier marks as delivered to the address entered at checkout.
Before contacting RapidCore Bio, customers should:

Check the delivery location and surrounding area.

Ask household members, employees, neighbors, leasing-office staff, or building personnel whether they accepted the package.
-
Review any carrier delivery photograph or notification.
-
Contact the carrier for delivery details.
-
Allow a reasonable period for packages that may have been scanned before physical delivery.
RapidCore Bio may assist with a carrier investigation but does not guarantee replacement of a shipment that the carrier confirms was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
RapidCore Bio may require a police report, theft report, signed affidavit, carrier claim, or other documentation before considering a replacement for a delivered package.

14. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes the recipient’s name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, postal code, and any necessary delivery instructions.
RapidCore Bio is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address.
When an order is returned to RapidCore Bio because of an address error, failed delivery, refusal, or inability to access the delivery location, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping and handling charges before the order is reshipped.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

15. Refused and Unclaimed Packages
Refusing delivery or failing to claim a package does not cancel the order and does not make the customer eligible for a refund.
When a refused or unclaimed package is returned to RapidCore Bio, the company may, at its discretion:

Reship the order after the customer pays additional shipping and handling charges;

Hold the package while awaiting customer instructions;
-
Decline to reship products whose integrity may have been affected during transportation or storage;
-
Dispose of products that cannot safely or appropriately be restocked.
No refund will be provided for refused or unclaimed packages except when required by applicable law.

16. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. A cancellation request is not guaranteed, even when submitted shortly after the order is placed.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, received a shipping label, or been transferred to a carrier, it cannot be canceled.
RapidCore Bio may choose to cancel an order before shipment because of inventory limitations, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, legal or regulatory concerns, website errors, shipping restrictions, or other business reasons. When RapidCore Bio cancels an unshipped order, the amount collected for the canceled merchandise will be returned as required by applicable law.

17. Exchange Shipping Costs
When RapidCore Bio confirms that it shipped an incorrect product or that a product arrived damaged because of a fulfillment or shipping issue, RapidCore Bio may provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover reasonable exchange-shipping costs.
For voluntary exchanges involving an unopened and otherwise eligible product, the customer is responsible for:

Return-shipping charges

Tracking and insurance
-
Packaging expenses
-
Shipping charges for the replacement product
-
Any difference in product price
-
Any applicable taxes or fees
Original shipping, handling, expedited shipping, insurance, and delivery-related charges are nonrefundable.
RapidCore Bio is not responsible for exchange packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdirected while being returned by the customer. Customers should use a trackable and appropriately insured shipping method.

18. Price Differences
When an approved exchange involves a replacement product that costs more than the original product, the customer must pay the difference before the replacement is shipped.
When the replacement product costs less than the original product, the difference will not be refunded as cash or returned to the original payment method. RapidCore Bio may, at its discretion, issue store credit for the difference, but is not obligated to do so unless required by law.
Promotional prices, discount codes, affiliate codes, bundle pricing, and previous sale prices cannot be applied retroactively to an exchange.

19. Exchange Authorization and Return Instructions
Customers must obtain written authorization from RapidCore Bio before returning any product. Contacting RapidCore Bio does not itself constitute approval.
Approved customers will receive instructions describing where and how to return the product. The return address may differ from the address shown on the original package.
The customer must not send a product to a laboratory, manufacturer, fulfillment provider, registered agent, or other address unless RapidCore Bio specifically provides that address in the written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not qualify for an exchange.

20. Return Packaging Requirements
Approved exchange products must be securely packaged to prevent leakage, contamination, breakage, or damage during transit.
The package must include any information requested in the exchange authorization, which may include the customer’s name, order number, authorization number, product name, and reason for the exchange.
The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable carrier restrictions and shipping laws. RapidCore Bio may refuse any package that appears unsafe, damaged, leaking, contaminated, improperly labeled, or noncompliant.

21. Inspection of Returned Products
All authorized returns are subject to inspection. Receipt of a returned package does not guarantee that the exchange will be completed.
RapidCore Bio may deny an exchange when inspection shows that the product:

Was opened or used;
-
Was damaged after delivery;
-
Was improperly stored;
-
Was returned without all packaging or components;
-
Does not match the product originally shipped;
-
Shows evidence of tampering, alteration, contamination, substitution, or abuse;
-
Was returned outside the permitted timeframe;
-
Otherwise fails to comply with this policy.
When an exchange is denied after inspection, RapidCore Bio is not obligated to return the rejected product to the customer. If RapidCore Bio agrees to return it, the customer may be required to pay shipping and handling costs.

22. Replacement Processing
Approved replacement products are subject to availability. RapidCore Bio does not guarantee that the same product, batch, concentration, size, packaging, or variation will remain available.
When the original product is unavailable, RapidCore Bio may offer an equivalent replacement, another eligible product, or store credit at its discretion.
Replacement orders may require additional processing time. RapidCore Bio is not responsible for carrier delays affecting the replacement shipment.
A replacement product does not restart or extend the original seven-day exchange period unless RapidCore Bio expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires it.

23. Sale Items, Promotions, and Bundles
Products purchased during a sale, promotion, clearance event, bundle offer, or limited-time campaign remain subject to the no-refund policy.
An eligible unopened promotional product may be exchanged within seven calendar days, subject to this policy. Products sold as part of a bundle may need to be exchanged as a complete bundle.
Removing, opening, or using part of a bundle may make the entire bundle ineligible for exchange. Free promotional products, samples, and gifts have no cash value and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they arrived damaged or RapidCore Bio shipped the wrong item.

24. Storage Cases and Accessories
Unopened and unused storage cases or accessories may qualify for exchange when the request is submitted within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery.
A case or accessory is not eligible for exchange when it has been used, stained, scratched, modified, washed, exposed to chemicals, damaged by improper handling, or returned without its original packaging and components.
Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, foam alignment, screen appearance, photography, dimensions, or manufacturing finish do not automatically constitute a defect.
Customers are responsible for verifying product dimensions, capacity, compatibility, color, and specifications before purchasing.

25. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Digital products, downloadable documents, guides, templates, educational resources, and other electronically delivered materials are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges after access or delivery.
RapidCore Bio may assist when a valid customer cannot access a purchased digital product because of a technical problem attributable to RapidCore Bio. Technical assistance or replacement access does not create a right to a refund.

26. Gift Cards and Store Credit
Gift cards and store credits are nonrefundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred except where required by law.
Store credit may be subject to additional terms communicated when it is issued. Store credit cannot be used to obtain a cash refund or payment reversal.

27. Third-Party Purchases
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from RapidCore Bio.
Products purchased through a retailer, reseller, marketplace, affiliate storefront, distributor, or other third party are subject to that seller’s policies. Customers must contact the original seller regarding any refund, exchange, delivery, or payment issue.
RapidCore Bio cannot issue refunds or exchanges for payments it did not directly collect.

28. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact RapidCore Bio before filing a payment dispute or chargeback so the company has an opportunity to investigate and address the concern.
Filing a chargeback does not eliminate the customer’s obligations under this policy. RapidCore Bio may provide the payment processor, card issuer, bank, carrier, or other reviewing party with relevant records, including:

Payment records

Website policy records

Product descriptions

Shipping and tracking records

Fraud-prevention information
Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false disputes may result in the suspension of the customer’s account, cancellation of future orders, or other action permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful rights under applicable payment-card or consumer-protection laws.

29. Suspected Fraud or Policy Abuse
RapidCore Bio may refuse an exchange, cancel an order, restrict an account, or decline future business when it reasonably suspects:

Fraudulent payment activity

False damage or nondelivery claims

Product substitution

Tampering
-
Excessive or repeated exchange requests

Chargeback abuse

Use of multiple identities or accounts to avoid restrictions

Resale activity that violates RapidCore Bio policies

Threatening, unlawful, or abusive conduct

Any attempt to misuse this policy
RapidCore Bio may retain and review transaction, shipping, communication, device, account, and fraud-prevention information as permitted by its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

30. Refusal of Service
RapidCore Bio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, restrict purchasing privileges, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary to protect the company, its customers, its payment systems, or its legal and regulatory obligations.
When RapidCore Bio cancels an order that has not shipped, any amount that applicable law requires to be returned will be processed to the original payment method.

31. No Guarantee of Research Results
RapidCore Bio does not guarantee a specific research outcome, experimental result, analytical result, response, or performance from any product.
Dissatisfaction with a research result, protocol, methodology, application, compatibility, or experimental outcome does not qualify the customer for a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the customer’s lawful research purpose, equipment, procedures, and environment before purchasing and using it.

32. Limitation of Remedies
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer’s exclusive remedy for an approved claim under this policy is an exchange or replacement of the affected product.
RapidCore Bio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a return, exchange, shipping delay, product unavailability, carrier issue, research interruption, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated results.
This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

33. Policy Changes
RapidCore Bio may revise this Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy at any time.
Changes will become effective when the updated policy is posted on RapidCoreBio.com, unless a later effective date is stated. Orders are generally governed by the version of the policy in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
Customers should review this policy before each purchase.

34. Severability
If any portion of this policy is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that portion will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining portions will remain in effect.

35. Applicable Law
This policy will be interpreted under the laws applicable to RapidCore Bio and the transaction, without eliminating any mandatory consumer right that applies to the customer.
No provision of this policy is intended to waive a right that cannot legally be waived.

36. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, contact RapidCore Bio through the contact information or customer-support form provided on RapidCoreBio.com within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Include the following information:

37. Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase from RapidCore Bio, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

Eligible exchanges must be requested within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Opened, used, altered, punctured, mixed, reconstituted, improperly stored, or compromised products are not eligible for exchange.

The customer is responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, intended designations, shipping information, and this policy before placing an order.

Submitting an exchange request does not guarantee approval.

RapidCore Bio may require documentation, inspection, return of the product, and verification before issuing a replacement.

Products labeled for research use are not intended for human consumption or other unauthorized uses.
