Shipping & Delivery Policy

RapidCore Bio ships orders within the United States. Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are based on the order and destination.

1. Processing Time

Standard order processing is 1–2 business days before the order is transferred to the carrier.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard carrier delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after processing. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, address issues, and other events outside RapidCore Bio's control can affect actual delivery time.

3. Standard Shipping Rates

Current standard U.S. shipping rates are based on shipment weight:

• 0–1 lb: $9.95
• Over 1 lb through 3 lb: $15.95
• Over 3 lb through 5 lb: $23.95

Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $500 or more. The rate displayed at checkout is the rate that applies to the order.

4. Kansas City Area Pickup

Eligible orders in Kansas and Missouri may be offered free local pickup in Kansas City, KS 66103. Available pickup options and instructions are shown during checkout when applicable.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Address errors can delay delivery or result in a carrier return.

6. Delivery Problems

If tracking indicates a delivery problem or a shipment appears to be lost before delivery, contact info@rapidcorebio.com with the order number so the shipment can be reviewed.
