Affiliate Program Terms

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

Participation requires enrollment through the affiliate portal and acceptance of the final Affiliate Program Terms. Registrations are automatically approved for portal access. RapidCore Bio may subsequently review, restrict, suspend, or terminate participation based on brand fit, compliance history, audience, promotional methods, and other legitimate program considerations.

Affiliates must provide accurate enrollment and account information, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized account activity. Enrollment is personal to the affiliate and may not be transferred without written authorization.

2. Permitted Promotional Activity

Affiliates may accurately discuss research compounds, laboratory studies, biological mechanisms, and scientifically supported research findings. Promotional content must clearly distinguish published or experimental research findings from claims about RapidCore Bio products and must preserve the products' Research Use Only designation.

Affiliates may use only current product information, approved brand materials, and links or codes issued or expressly approved by RapidCore Bio.

3. Prohibited Claims and Conduct

Affiliates must not market RapidCore Bio research products as treatments, cures, weight-loss medications, performance-enhancing drugs, supplements, or products for human or animal administration or consumption.

Affiliates must not make unsupported therapeutic, diagnostic, safety, efficacy, dosage, personal-use, or outcome claims. Affiliates must not imply that a research product is approved for medical, veterinary, cosmetic, or personal use.

Affiliates must not encourage customers to conceal intended use, evade website acknowledgements, or provide false purchaser information.

4. Affiliate Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship with RapidCore Bio wherever an endorsement, recommendation, review, or affiliate link appears. A disclosure should use plain language that ordinary readers can understand, such as: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through links in this content.”

Disclosures must be difficult to miss and placed close to the endorsement or affiliate link. Affiliates must not rely only on a profile page, general disclosure page, platform tool, vague label, or buried hashtag.

5. Brand Protection

Affiliates may use only authorized RapidCore Bio names, logos, images, product information, and other brand assets. Affiliates must not alter assets in a misleading way, register confusingly similar domains or accounts, or state or imply that they are employees, agents, medical representatives, or exclusive partners of RapidCore Bio.

6. Advertising Restrictions

Affiliates must not use misleading advertisements, deceptive redirects, unauthorized paid-search campaigns, trademark bidding that has not been approved in writing, unsolicited bulk messages, adware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or other methods that create false or improperly attributed referrals.

Promotional content must not contradict RapidCore Bio's Research Use Only positioning, legal policies, product pages, or approved educational language.

7. Tracking and Attribution

RapidCore Bio uses GoAffPro to administer affiliate links and referral attribution. Only referral links, codes, or other tracking methods issued or expressly approved by RapidCore Bio are eligible for attribution. Affiliates must not alter tracking technology, overwrite another affiliate's referral, or interfere with accurate attribution.

The current referral-cookie duration is 30 days. The tracking cookie is removed after the first attributed order. Attribution is based on the referral information recorded by GoAffPro and may not carry across browsers or devices unless the platform can reliably match the activity. RapidCore Bio may review disputed or conflicting attribution records.

Coupon-based attribution applies only when RapidCore Bio expressly assigns or approves a coupon for an affiliate. Direct visits without valid referral information are not commissionable.

8. Commission Administration

The standard commission is 10% of the eligible product subtotal after discounts and excluding shipping and taxes. The standard rate currently applies to all eligible products unless RapidCore Bio communicates a written product exclusion, affiliate-specific rate, or other approved adjustment.

Commissions are earned only on eligible, completed transactions properly attributed under these Terms. Self-referrals and purchases made by or on behalf of the affiliate are not eligible. Commissions may be rejected or reversed for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate orders, prohibited conduct, or other transactions that do not qualify under these Terms.

GoAffPro is configured to update referral-sale status automatically when the corresponding store order is refunded or cancelled. Supported payout methods are Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Bank Transfer (SWIFT/ACH), with Bank Transfer as the default method for new affiliates. PayPal is not supported. Payouts are processed manually outside GoAffPro and recorded in the affiliate account. Commissions are reviewed for 14 days after an eligible sale becomes verified. Approved payouts are issued monthly once the affiliate has met the $50 minimum payout threshold.

9. Monitoring and Correction

RapidCore Bio may review affiliate websites, advertisements, social posts, videos, emails, and other promotions for compliance. Affiliates must promptly correct or remove content when RapidCore Bio identifies a material compliance, accuracy, or brand issue.

Affiliates are responsible for the conduct of contractors or sub-affiliates they involve in program activity unless RapidCore Bio approves a different arrangement in writing.

10. Suspension and Termination

RapidCore Bio may suspend tracking, withhold disputed commissions, or terminate participation for material violations, deceptive conduct, legal or regulatory risk, fraud, misuse of brand assets, or failure to correct noncompliant content.

Termination does not authorize continued use of RapidCore Bio brand assets or referral tools. Provisions concerning accrued obligations, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, confidentiality, disputes, and liability may survive as stated in the final agreement.

11. Relationship of the Parties

Affiliates act as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of RapidCore Bio. Affiliates may not bind RapidCore Bio or make commitments on its behalf.
