1. Purpose and Scope

This policy explains the Research Use Only designation used for applicable RapidCore Bio products. It applies together with the Terms & Conditions and any product-specific restrictions shown on a product page or label.

2. What Research Use Only Means

Research Use Only products are intended exclusively for laboratory research and analytical applications. They are supplied for controlled research activities and are not offered as approved medicines, treatments, dietary supplements, veterinary products, or consumer-use products.

3. Intended Applications

Applicable products may be used for lawful laboratory research, analytical testing, method development, and other non-clinical research activities consistent with their stated designation.

Educational discussions of published studies, biological mechanisms, experimental findings, or potential research applications do not change a product's Research Use Only status.

4. Prohibited Uses

Research Use Only products must not be used for human or animal administration or consumption. They must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage a disease or health condition, or for any therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, cosmetic, or personal-use purpose.

Products must not be relabeled, promoted, transferred, or represented in a way that suggests an unauthorized personal, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for understanding the product designation before purchase and for ensuring that their purchase, possession, handling, storage, research activities, and disposal comply with applicable law and institutional requirements.

Customers are also responsible for preventing unauthorized access or use and for maintaining the facilities, supervision, procedures, and safeguards appropriate to their lawful research activities.

6. Safe and Lawful Handling

Customers should follow applicable laws, recognized laboratory practices, product labeling, available safety documentation, and their own institution's approved procedures. RapidCore Bio does not use this policy to prescribe a universal handling protocol for every product or research setting.

7. Research Compounds and Approved Medical Products

A research compound is not an approved medical product merely because it has been discussed in scientific literature or investigated in preclinical or clinical research. References to published studies do not establish approval, safety, effectiveness, or suitability for personal use.

8. Product-Specific Restrictions

Some items are classified as research supplies rather than research compounds. Product-specific labeling, restrictions, and instructions remain controlling for those items. Where a product page or label states a narrower restriction, the narrower restriction applies.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

This policy is incorporated into the Terms & Conditions. Order, shipping, refund, privacy, and affiliate matters are also governed by the applicable policies linked from the website footer.
